## What Converrta does

Real estate agents pick a state, county, and the cities they work. Converrta scans live public records and returns a ranked list of off-market homeowners — owners with long tenure, high equity, absentee-owner status, or pre-foreclosure signals. Every lead is scored 1–10 by AI with a one-line rationale. Owner contact info (phone, email) is hidden by default; one credit reveals the full contact for one lead. Every lead can be exported as a CRM-ready CSV with an AI-generated call script included on the row.

Four monthly tiers. Annual billing offered at ~15% discount. Cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal.

- **Scout** — $99/mo. 40 leads/month, 10 leads/week. Owner contact, home characteristics, LTV.
- **Prospect** — $199/mo. 80 leads/month, 18 leads/week. Adds AI scoring, equity and lien data, foreclosure signals.
- **Closer** — $299/mo. 100 leads/month, 23 leads/week. Adds AI outreach scripts and CSV-to-CRM export.
- **Elite** — $499/mo. 140 leads/month, 35 leads/week. Adds AI call scripts, farming-territory leads, renter leads, priority support.

## Compliance and trust

- Phone numbers on the federal Do Not Call (DNC) list are filtered out of call lists and flagged. Known TCPA litigators get a warning badge.
- Converrta does not sell or share homeowner data. Honors "Do Not Sell or Share" requests.
- Revealed contact data is retained for up to 24 months and then deleted automatically.
- Agents are responsible for how they reach out; Converrta provides the data and the guardrails.

## What Converrta is not

- Not a bulk skip-tracing service. Leads are processed one at a time, on demand, with quotas.
- Not enterprise team-licensed. Single-operator product, single login per account.
- Not a CRM. Exports per-lead CSVs that import into Follow Up Boss, Pipedrive, or any CRM that accepts CSV.
